Fairway Lakes Luxury Apartments understand that your furry four legged pet is a part of your family. We do allow non-aggressive breeds.

In what school district are you located?

Fairway Lakes Luxury Apartments are located in the New Albany Plain Local School District, the only school district in which every school is designated a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the US Department of Education. All of the district's schools have been accredited by the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges.

Are your apartments all electric?

The appliances are all electric but the heat and hot water are gas. We do have wood burning fireplaces as well.

Do you have three bedrooms available?

No, we do not have three bedroom apartments available at Fairway Lakes Luxury Apartments. Our three story townhomes have fully furnished basements which can easily be used as a separate bedroom.

How many bathrooms are in your townhomes?

The townhomes at Fairway Lakes Luxury Apartments have two full bathrooms.

Do you require a security deposit?
